Method of doing:

1. Plan the strategy - front attack or backward attack strategy.

2. Do what you plan - First of all you have to classified the activities accordingly before proceed.
This is including decide which one to do first and criticallity of the activity.
Avoid less important and less urgency to do first, especially during investment or committed with expenses.

3. Check you implementation - Do evaluation to all activities. Is it meeting the target or beow the target.

4. Do correction - Provide immediate solution in closing gap what you've achieved and compare to what you are suppose to achieve.
